Veertien universiteitsrectoren, twee ministers voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoeken de voorzitter van de Vlaamse Hogescholenraad tekenden op 13 februaride Berlin Declaration voor Open Access tot wetenschappelijkecommunicatie.
